Referral Guidelines
1. Referrals of a project between $500-$5,000, you will be sent a gift card for $75.
2. Referrals of a project greater than $5,000, you will be sent a gift card for $125.
3. After three (3) referrals, every new customer you send us with a project over $500, you will be sent a gift card for $200.
How It Works
- You refer a potential client to us via the online form, email, text, postcard or letter. (we are required to have a written referral record.)
- We will schedule a free, no-obligation appointment with them to complete an estimate.
- They award us the Contract to complete the project.
- Upon completion and final payment, we will send you or a charity organization you choose a gift card in the amount of $75, $125, or $200.
Regulations
You can submit an unlimited number of referrals, and all referrals must be for new potential client to Alternative Building Concepts, Inc. Referrals are valid for foundation/footer repair, new construction, additions, waterproofing, and home renovation. You can only honor one gift card per referral and no self-referrals are permitted. Gift card(s) will be sent to you or the charity you've chosen when the work is completed and final payment is received.
